Mr. Vineyard brings over 43 years of experience in artificial lift from both the International and Domestic Oil and Gas industry. Most recently Mr. Vineyard was the ESP Operations Manager for Carbon Creek Energy managing over 4,000 wells with artificial lift equipment. Prior to Carbon Creek Energy, Mr. Vineyard served as Global Business Development for Halliburton following the acquisition of Global Oilfield Services in 2011, where he served as VP Operations. Mr. Vineyard has successfully held senior level positions at Submersible Oil Services, LLC, Borets, NEO Fluid Systems and Baker Hughes Centrilift. Mr. Vineyard was a co-founder and VP Operations Western Hemisphere for Wood Group ESP. Mr. Vineyard is acknowledged as an Industry leader for artificial lift.
During his 43-year history, Mr. Vineyard has always been a pioneer of service innovation in the Electric Submersible pump industry and instrumental in key changes in the industry including pump testing, well testing, service excellence, and innovative down hole pump technology.
Mr. Vineyard is a graduate of Harvard University General Manager Program and over 38-year member of SPE.
Russell Self, VP Manufacturing & Marketing, brings over 23 years ESP experience in manufacturing and marketing down hole ESP systems as wells as complete manufacturing assembly shop set up, having set up two ESP manufacturing operations for Borets and Halliburton in Oklahoma City with operations having over 50 sales, shop and field employees under his direction. For the past seven years Russell has overseen a horizontal pump systems manufacturing, sales, and installation operation that grew to over $25 million in annual sales with clients in US and Middle East, based on quality and performance along with automation of entire system for ease and safety of operation. Russell is highly qualified at dismantle and evaluation and has witnessed hundreds of dismantles for clients.
Powell brings over 39-year experience in Electric Submersible Pump, installation, sales, and rig management. Instrumental in the development of multiple ESP service organizations with oversight of service groups. Strong background in leading safety programs in areas of responsibility.
Miller brings 40 years of experience in artificial lift, in positions with both the Operator and Vendor, Domestic and International. Most recently, Mr. Miller was a Principle Application Engineer with Summit ESP a Halliburton Service. Prior to Halliburton, Mr. Miller served in senior technical and marketing positions with Borets, Submersible Oil Services, and Baker Hughes Centrilift.
Mr. Miller pursued International positions, after 14 years of service with Amoco Production as an ESP Operation Manager. Mr. Miller served as Senior ESP Operations Engineer for Petroleum Development Oman. Account Manager for PDO with Alkhorayef/Wood Group ESP, and Senior Application Consultant for Saudi Aramco.
